About this project

This teaching course explores how neuroscience, neuroeconomics, and leadership science can strengthen stroke care, clinical research, and healthcare collaboration. Participants will gain an evidence-based understanding of how decision science influences clinician behavior, patient engagement, and healthcare system design, and how these insights can be applied to improve stroke care pathways and implementation outcomes.

Bridging science and practice, the course translates leadership and behavioral insights into practical strategies for leading multi-center clinical trials, strengthening collaboration across institutions, improving research execution, and accelerating the translation of evidence into clinical practice.
