Future Leaders Workshop is a practical, science-based programme designed for healthcare professionals navigating the complexities of leadership, collaboration, and systemic change. Participants explore the neuroscience of authentic leadership, examining what holds leaders back under pressure and how to build genuine confidence and presence in clinical environments. The workshop addresses the science of effective teamwork in high-stakes settings, including insights drawn directly from clinical trials research. It closes with a structured country-level visioning exercise, inviting participants to map the current and future landscape of stroke care in their context, translating personal insight into collective action.
